IV.GUEST SPEAKER – Eric Fisher with Chesapeake Bay Foundation– The EPA has established new rules which will basically establish limits on the amount of pollutants that each watershed may contribute to the Chesapeake Bay. At the present time we can’t determine the exact impact on individual neighborhoods. While some people feel the past Chesapeake Bay cleanup efforts have been a failure, based on the tremendous population growth in the Chesapeake Bay watershed, the fact that the water quality hasn’t worsened reflects a great accomplishment.
